New for 2019: Partner Invites Program

The Invites Program through our partner, Feathr, enables you to easily promote your participation at Fleet Forward Conference and invite your network to come see you.

Invite your customers for FREE with co-branded materials
The referral campaign was created to make it easy for you to promote your presence at Fleet Forward Conference.

You have access to a customized co-branded landing page, email invitation, and web banners where your customers and prospects can register for 10% off FLEET MANAGER FULL CONFERENCE registration.

From your Invites Dashboard you can:

View and share the link to your customized landing page with your network
Send or download a custom-made email promoting your presence at Fleet Forward to encourage more participation
Download your banner to place on your website or on e-newsletters

Receiving your dashboard
You will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to your personalized dashboard by 8/30/19. The link will be emailed to the point of contact who signed up. If you believe you should have received your dashboard link and have not, please email us at [email protected]

Why share your materials?
The top 2 sharing partners with the MOST registered attendees tied to their efforts will each receive 1 dedicated post-event deployment to FFC 2019 registrants (deployment to take place between 14-28 days after the event has passed). Get in on the competition!

How to use your dashboard
Once you receive the dashboard, it will send you to your personal dashboard where all of your materials live. We recommend adding your image and description, which will be automatically updated on your materials.

Please note: optimal logo/headshot size is 250x250px and optimal description length between 150-300 characters.

There are also various ways you can use the Invite Campaign Dashboard to share invitations and promote your presence at the event explained in the How-to-Guide and Video Walkthrough found in your dashboard, and outlined below.

Access your unique link to your Landing Page and send that link in an email to your customers
Import your customer email addresses and send invitations via the dashboard
Download the event email in html format and deploy it to your customers using your own platform.
Download the banner ads and place them on your website or in e-newsletters
