Adam leads Doering Fleet Management and TesLease by Doering as President.  Doering is a thirty-year old national fleet management company with four offices across the US, specializing in fleets of 20-500 vehicles.  Doering specializes in practicing Fleet Wellness®, our proprietary model of holistic health and comprehensive management for fleets.  Adam is responsible for firm strategy, product offering, sales, and marketing.  Authoring over 100 pieces of thought leadership, Adam enjoys educating through writing and speaking.  He enjoys teaching the art of the industry and enjoys helping companies navigate toward the best choices possible.  His writing style often offers a unique perspective and contrary angle to mainstream approaches.  He quickly gets to the heart of the issue and offers actionable insights.  Over Adam's sixteen years with Doering, the firm has become a top fleet management company and continued to be nimble and resilient in a rapidly changing industry.  Adam believes we are in the most exciting time the transportation/mobility industry has ever seen.  As such, TesLease by Doering was launched two years ago.  TesLease is the EV-leasing division of Doering and a large owner of EV's leased to fleets around the Country.  Adam is a graduate of Babson College in Boston, MA where he studied business management, entrepreneurship, and law.
