Adam Orth is a nationally recognized leader in fleet sustainability and mobility innovation. As the US Head of Fleet, Mobility Services at Siemens Corporation, he is driving the company’s ambitious initiative to fully electrify its U.S. fleet by 2030. Based in Minneapolis, Adam brings over two decades of experience spanning fleet management, sales, supply chain, shared services, and corporate travel. His career is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, environmental responsibility, and strategic transformation.
Adam’s leadership has earned him widespread industry recognition. He was named a 2017 Fleet Visionary Honoree and received the FLEXY Award for Outstanding Achievement in Corporate Fleet Management at the 2018 NAFA Fleet Excellence Awards. He was also nominated for AFLA’s Professional Fleet Manager of the Year in both 2018 and 2019. These accolades reflect his consistent impact on the fleet industry and his dedication to advancing sustainable practices.
A Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM), Adam holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Crown College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. His professional journey includes leadership roles at General Mills, Otis Elevator Co., GE Capital, and U.S. Bank.
