Allen Bryant is Partner of Knightsgate Ventures, a Houston and New York City based venture capital firm investing in socially responsible technologies and platforms. Allen has worked within the private equity industry at Palladium Equity Partners and assisted in over $20 billion of M&A, IPO and debt financing transactions during his time at Credit Suisse. Allen is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a founding member of the Drive For Freedom Foundation - an organization looking to address the "poverty of the carless" and sits on the board of several organizations within the non-profit and for-profit sectors.
