Kevin has over has over 39 years in the automotive industry, with 26 years in government fleet, and holds a MBA and BBA from National University. Kevin has successfully integrated several technologies into the fleet including INVERS car sharing, Geotab GPS tracking, plug-in EVs, and renewable diesel fuel. These efforts have produced measurable results that have had a direct effect upon air quality, work environment, and cost control. Eighty-one percent of standard passenger cars are hybrid or plug-in technology, unleaded fuel consumption is down by 23%, 17% of the light equipment fleet is pooled, and over $1.7M in vehicle replacements have been avoided. Currently, solar technology for EV charging and creating a fleet group with all of the cities within the County is under development. The fleet has been recognized as one of the 100 Best Government Fleets in the Americas.
