Dr. Leo Cai is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the mobility, automotive, and advanced manufacturing industries in China. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of eHi Car Services, a leading mobility platform in China, where he played a pivotal role in driving corporate strategy, partnerships, and innovation.

Recognized as a key opinion leader (KOL) in China’s transition to electric vehicles (EV) and autonomous driving technologies, Dr. Cai has been a vocal advocate and strategic advisor in the adoption of smart mobility solutions.

His career spans senior roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies across IT, semiconductor, and manufacturing sectors, where he led initiatives in business development, strategic transformation, and cross-border operations.

Dr. Cai holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
