Sharon manages the Fleet and Travel organizations at Roche Diagnostics.  She joined Roche in 2007 and held various roles in Indirect Procurement, Partner Management, and Global Partner Management before moving to Fleet in 2016.  "We strive in all areas of our businesses to ensure that the patient is at the core of everything we do.  We have to ensure that our drivers who support our patients through labs, hospitals, and clinics are able to travel safely, have reliable vehicles, are armed with driver safety skills, have a robust fleet policy, and use defensive drive techniques. Our ultimate goal is that our drivers make it home safely each night." Partnership with key stakeholders across the organization, your FMC, and other key outside fleet organizations is key to ensure that happens. She graduated with a B.S. and MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion and is involved with AFLA, NAFA, WIFM and other fleet related organizations.
