Annette joined eDriving in February, 2018 with a focus on Customer Operations. Annette works across all eDriving teams to identify and support innovative product development and streamline operations to directly support our customers’ programs and objectives. Prior to eDriving, she was in frontline telematics sales for over four years before moving in-house to build a Customer Success organization in San Diego. She also owned her own business for nearly 10 years and has spent much of her working career in Business Technology Sales and Operations Management. Having extensive experience on both sides of the sales process, Annette understands the positive impact the right solution can have on an organization’s success and how to help customers grasp every possible benefit. Her passion is delighting customers and helping them realize their business goals.
