Kevin Blackwell began his transportation career in 1999 starting in the wash bay of a nationwide motor carrier. His passion for knowledge moved him through the ranks gaining a well-rounded appreciation for all aspects of the transportation business. This led to several leadership roles with large and small carriers alike. Kevin also founded his own trucking company from the first truck.

In his role at Leading Edge Consulting, Kevin has the ability to advise large and small companies in a multitude of areas beyond safety including recruiting, insurance, claims management, cost reduction, permitting, and company structure. With a focus on proactive process management, Kevin is able to produce significant improvements throughout your company.
