Mike Hauge is Fleet Manager at Ecolab, a global water, hygiene and infection prevention company that protects people and the resources vital to life. He leads commercial strategy and operations for 11,000+ light and medium duty vehicles used by the company’s U.S. sales and service associates. Mike’s recent focus has been on developing strategies to support Ecolab’s decarbonization goals, including fully electrifying its sales and service fleet by 2030. He is a passionate supply chain leader with a background in logistics, procurement, and fleet management. In his spare time, Mike can be found enjoying the Minnesota outdoors year-round. He earned his M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Montana.
