ADMITTANCE POLICY
Please note, to qualify for a Full Conference Fleet Pass, you must be directly employed by a public agency. Suppliers including, but not limited to, fleet management companies, vehicle manufacturers, equipment & parts suppliers, GPS & telematics companies, software & technology providers and fueling systems manufacturers must purchase a Supplier Pass. All registrations are pending approval and will be audited for compliance.

By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you and colleagues you register regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on the 2025 Fleet Forward Conference and/or updates and promotional material from our sponsors. Full payment is required. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double-billing, please register only once. This is a private event is not open to the public. No one under 18 years of age will be permitted to attend sessions or visit the Exhibit Hall.

CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ!
Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to show management approval. Requests must be made in writing and received by Fleet Forward Conference, c/o Bobit Business Media, PO Box 2703, Torrance, CA 90509, Email: BobitEventRegistration@bobit.com, no later than September 19, 2025.

For Full Conference Passes, Supplier Passes, Exhibitor Passes, Sponsor Passes, and Spouse Passes, your refund will equal the pass price less a $100 processing fee. After September 19, 2025, only those cancellations accompanied by a doctor's note stating a medical condition prevents you from attending may be rolled into the 2026 event or transferred to a colleague from the same company. No exceptions will be made for non-medical cancellations.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOL
Your health and safety are our #1 priority. All food and beverage vendors will adhere to the guidelines of the venue to provide the highest standard food safety. Your privacy is of the utmost priority, and we will adhere to privacy regulations. All event participants are expected to follow the protocols as described. Participants are encouraged to maintain a high level of personal hygiene. We kindly request any participants that are feeling unwell to stay home or in their hotel room.

By filling out this form you consent to Bobit Business Media's Privacy Policy and to receive offers, newsletters, and other promotional communications from Bobit Business Media and its trusted partners. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also consent to Bobit Business Media sharing your contact information with the sponsor(s) of this Event so they can contact you directly concerning their product(s).

CODE OF CONDUCT
Fleet Forward Conference is dedicated to providing a professional, safe, collaborative, and productive environment for all event participants.

Fleet Forward Conference has a zero-tolerance harassment policy and discrimination based on gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity or religion will not be tolerated. Examples of harassment include offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.

Participants violating these rules and expectations will be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers. Physical violence will result in lifetime banishment from Fleet Forward Conference/Bobit Business Media events regardless of fault.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE 
By attending the Fleet Forward Conference, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the Fleet Forward Conference. You also authorize the Fleet Forward Conference to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising and web content.
