Please Note: To qualify for a Fleet Full Conference Pass, you must be directly employed by the company or agency that operates a commercial fleet, public policy-maker, fleet industry association. Sales reps and individuals providing support services to a company or agency that owns and operates a commercial fleet must purchase a Fleet Supplier Pass or sponsorship. All registrations are pending approval and will be audited for compliance.
Includes all keynotes, education, meals, networking events and Ride & Drive activities for both Fleet Forward and Fleet Safety Conferences.
While we invite everyone to attend FFC 2022, consultants, suppliers or manufacturers must purchase a supplier pass or sponsorship to participate. Weekly audits are conducted to ensure the appropriate rate has been selected. Registrations that do not adhere to this policy will require additional payment and will be pending until payment is received. For the in peson event, all attendees will be required to provide a photo ID on-site for badge pick-up.
By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you and colleagues you register regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on FFC 22 and/or updates and promotional material from our sponsors. Full payment is required. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double-billing, please register only once. This is a private event not open to the public.
No one under 18 years of age will be permitted to attend.
Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to show management approval. Requests must be made in writing and received by Fleet Forward Conference, c/o Bobit, 3520 Challenger Street, Torrance, CA 90503, Email: [email protected], no later than October 6, 2022.
For Full Conference Passes, your refund will equal the pass price less a $100 processing fee. Refund requests for Full Conference Passes received after no later than October 6, 2022 will not qualify for a refund unless accompanied by a doctor's note stating a medical condition prevented you from attending. No exceptions will be made.
