Tim Baughman, General Manager, Ford Pro North America oversees the largest fleet operations in the industry dedicated to commercial and government business. This includes sales, strategy and product marketing responsibilities for Ford Pro Vehicles, the broadest lineup of Class 1-7 commercial internal combustion and battery electric vehicles in the industry, Ford Pro Service Elite and Ford Pro Commercial Vehicle Centers.

Ford Pro, a separate business within Ford, is revolutionizing business productivity solutions for commercial and government customers by providing a true one-stop-shop for all fleet needs regardless of industry or size. In this role, Baughman will play a critical part in leading the launch, adoption and integration of Ford Pro electric vehicles, products, parts and service support to new and existing fleet customer operations, cementing Ford Pro's commercial leadership into a new era.

Since joining Ford in 1996, Baughman's leadership has been cultivated from roles across several skill teams including marketing and sales finance, business development and general management in Europe and North America within Ford, Ford Credit and Volvo Cars. He holds a master's degree in finance from Illinois University and a bachelor's degree in business from Wittenberg University.
